Sensi Adrian Luff took 10 Sedgefield fighters from E.F.A kickboxing club took part in the S.C.C tournament in george, between the 10 fighters 20 medals where brought home. Well done team!

Kick boxing is held on a Monday and Wednesday at the gym at 18:45 till 19:45 and continues the second hour from 19:55 till 18:55. The fee to attent the class is R150.00 per month and this includes both classes of two hours if you decided to do only do one hour it would be the same fee. you are welcome to come and view a class anytime or join in on one of our classes to try it out. the sensi is Adrian Luff from e.f.a. kickboxing
