We are a small dual-medium school with BIG heart. It is not quite certain when LSP was established, but we do have records dating back to 1927! Our grades are from Gr. R to Gr. 7. Together with the general assistants, we are 15 staff members all of whom most have been part of LSP for more than five years. Once you have become part of this great team under Mr Nel's leadership, you just don't want to leave.

The Farce Side are getting ready to perform a brilliantly funny play about an hilarious whacky wedding...Featuring some well known local actors, directed fy Melanie Baumeister.
Starring: Sanet Basson, Romey Bobek, Kirsty Hayward, Jaucque Marais, Emma Rorke and Bomber Webb.
Performances on 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd May 2015

Come eat, drink and learn to Salsa at the most courful and fun party you’ve been to in a while! Dress up in Latin-American garb and join the SALSA DANCE PARTY in the school hall.
Everyone – not just people associated with the school – is invited and we just know you’re going to have a great time! Come dressed according to the Latin – American theme to add to the festive atmosphere, and we might even give you a prize for your efforts....
R70 per person includes soups, breads and snacks as well as some Latin-American dancing lessons. A cash bar will be serving drinks all night.
Tickets can be bought and table bookings made with Jayne at Mandala health veterinary hospital (The horsey-Fence veterinary) in main street Sedgefield office hours of 8:30am to 12:15pm, and 1:30pm to 4:30pm will apply. Phone 044 343 1730 for more ticket enquiries.

Entries: Teams of up to 4 people per Go-kart entry. Collect your entry form from your local Shell garage; Build it, or Sedge Primary School.
Event info: Build your own original authentic go-kart! By completing the entry form (available from Shell garage and Sedge Primary School, each team will be allowed to collect nails, glue and paint from Build-it in Sedgefield. Great prizes for all!!
Enjoy a cool beverage from the Mitchell’s beer tent and choose a delish lunch from one of the many food stalls
On Sunday 23rd Go Karts can be a part of the Giant Puppet parade down main-street.
