Judo is a martial art for kids and adults from the age of late 3's to 4, an Olympic sport that improves balance, fine and gross motor skills, mid line rotation and self-confidence. Judo is not an aggressive martial art and works on a defencive principal rather than attack. In a typical judo lesson you will learn to rather give way and use your opponent's momentum in order to defeat an attacker.
