More than 100 exhibitors, beer tent, dog event, prizes, e'pap fundraiser all at Leisure Isle Festival - KNYSNA

What to do: Sumptuous food and produce to take away, beer garden,
TV coverage of the Rugby World Cup final, Art and craft, a book sale,
activities for the kiddies, plant sale, doggie walks, and most importantly,
lots and lots to eat and drink.

Exhibitors: paintings, ceramics, pottery, woodwork, beadwork, candles, soaps,
glasswork, confectionery, scrap-booking etc. Professionals, amateurs and
beginners are all welcome. In close proximity to the tea and beer gardens a group
of dedicated book lovers are running an exciting book sale.

Excellent publications are on sale and the organisers will assist visitors to find
that special publication. A variety of stalls will be selling snacks, lunches and
delicious sweet goodies, and smoothies will be available for the thirsty.

A jumping castle, barrel train, face-painting, balloons, candy floss, sand art, mosaics, and other kiddies’ activities will be provided to entertain the kids while moms and dads are relaxing and socializing.

Knysna Animal Welfare Society, with H ill’s Pet Nutrition as sponsor, will present the Doggie and Human Walk which is popular each year. This year the event has been arranged for the Saturday so as not to clash with the rugby final.

Those without dogs are invited to join the walk and to bring their favorite teddy or fluffy toy.
There will be 2km and 5km walks with an entry fee of R30 per dog. Prizes will be awarded for the Dog of the Year, KAWS adopted pets, best tail wagger, best effort dog walker, best trick dogs, look-alike kids and adults, fancy dress for dogs and kids, best smiler, best barker, cutest puppy and dog, funniest dog walker and lots more!

E'pap feeding program feeding over 1000 kids on the garden route and Knysna Animal Welfare Society will benefit....so come down and support this great fun event!
