The History of EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was developed by Gary Craig around the early 90’s, although continues to be refined by many people to this day.
It is one of the many forms of METs (Meridian Energy Techniques) now available, and perhaps one of the easiest to learn.
EFT originated from TFT (Thought Field Therapy) which was discovered by acupuncturist and psychologist Dr Roger Callahan.
While Callahan developed the basic concept and structure, Craig had the vision to refine it and make it accessible to everyone.

Hi All

We are planning to host a ceramic exhibition on Sunday, the 18th of
December on our Elandskraal small holdings, 13 km outside Sedgefield.

I would like to invite all potters in the Garden Route area to come
and sell your wares at this venue. It is not bound to any club or
association, so anybody is welcome. The ceramics will be showcased
indoors, so we do not have to be too concerned about the weather.
I have 3 pigeon -box style shelves - about 30 spaces in total, along
with other tables and furniture available for display. The fee is 10%
on all sales.

Table Mountain is in the running to become one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature, but this South African attraction is falling behind!

New7Wonders of Nature is an initiative started in 2007 to create a list of seven natural wonders chosen by people through a global poll. It is being led by Canadian-Swiss Bernard Weber and organized by the New7Wonders Foundation, a Swiss-based, government-controlled foundation. This campaign follows the New Seven Wonders of the World, which attracted 100 million votes from around the world.

Vir die wat deel neem aan die Eden Duo beplan ons n ideale oefen geleentheid eerskomende Sondag.

Ons roei vanaf Eden Adventures, Ebb&Flow om 9:00 tot by die riviermond parkeer area.
Kanoes kan gehuur word teen R70 'n uur of R250 per dag.
Om 10:00 sal ons begin met die kloofing seksie vanaf die parkeer area tot by Saasveld rugby veld.
Van daar af gaan ons fiets ry terug na Eden Adventures.
