We offer one of the most picturesque and unique Chapels and Wedding Venues in the Garden Route.

The Chapel and Old School will give any wedding or function the ultimate feel of olden days gone by. As the Chapel was once the Goukamma Post Office and the Old School was the Goukamma School, lovingly restored, it lends itself to an atmosphere of past tranquility with country feel. All furniture and décor are antiques of the Garden Route area in keeping with the sense of history and tradition of the Chapel and Old School.

The Chapel can comfortably seat 70 people inside
The Old School Reception Venue can seat 80 comfortably. Contact us for information on our packages which include cutlery, crockery, tables,chairs, bar services,staff and your own personal wedding assistant .
Seating for the Chapel and Old School can be extended with the hire of marquee tents to accommodate 120 comfortably.

We now host smaller celebrations (max 30 guests) on our Old Pumphouse Deck.

The Chapel & Old School is the ideal location for hosting functions and special occasions. From intimate dinner parties, children's birthday parties to glamorous celebrations and celebrity events.

The gardens provide a picturesque setting for outdoor and indoor events, with lush fruit trees and just the slightest hint of fresh herbs all round. Luxury Marques can be hired and erected upon request
